LG CNS has signed a group-wide agreement with Anthropic to deploy Claude Enterprise across LG Group, aiming to accelerate AI transformation (AX) throughout the conglomerate.
Claude Enterprise is an enterprise-focused AI platform known for its coding support, collaboration features, and ability to build AI agents integrated with internal corporate systems.
Under the agreement, LG CNS will give employees across LG affiliates access to Claude and plans to expand its AX business by supporting adoption and implementation for both LG affiliates and external clients.
The partnership builds on LG CNS's 2023 equity investment in Anthropic through LG Technology Ventures and the two companies' ongoing collaboration on Claude-based services for Korean enterprise customers.
“This partnership marks an important step in launching an AX innovation model optimized for the domestic enterprise market,” said Kim Tae-hoon, senior vice president and head of the AI Cloud Business Division at LG CNS. “By combining LG CNS's AX expertise with Anthropic's AI technology, we will continue supporting AI transformation for our business clients.”
Meanwhile, Choi Kee-young, country manager of Anthropic Korea, said the company expects the partnership to help Korean enterprises adopt safe and reliable AI in their workflows.
