In his address, Yoo emphasized that as AI becomes ubiquitous, an organization's true edge lies not in the technology itself, but in “AI-Positive Leadership”--the ability to design teams that foster deep immersion and engagement. Positioning himself not merely as an HR practitioner, but as a “Manager of Managers” who has long explored the intersection of people, leadership, and AI-driven teamwork, Yoo pointed out a modern paradox: while information is abundant, meaning is often lost, and despite a multitude of communication channels, employee engagement continues to thin. He argued that the role of HR and leaders in the AI era must shift from traditional control to designing frameworks for data-driven decision-making, cultures of trust, and structures of autonomy and responsibility.
A key highlight of the presentation was Yoo's proposal for a new organizational blueprint rooted in “Human Tech and Human Touch.” He urged leaders to move beyond technology-centric discussions and focus on unlocking human potential. By viewing AI as a performance-enhancing resource rather than a mere tool, Yoo stressed that true success is achieved when human leadership merges with AI resources to expand organizational strengths and drive process innovation.
“A Super TEAM in the AI era is not built by technology alone,” Yoo stated. “The '人iTeam HaRD Super TEAM' is realized only when human leadership takes the helm, AI integrates as a foundational resource, and the organization earns market recognition through expanded capabilities and innovative processes.”
